Today was Yoga X. Was a good change of pace this week and i enjoyed it. Nothing really exciting to write about. Im noticing a change in body composition though. i am becoming leaner which means my cutting diet is working. I am looking forward to starting to bulk up when i come off p90x though.
Tomorrow is Legs and Back and ARX which im looking forward to. i really like the lifting days.
