Day 63 - Week 9 complete

Today was was the end of the week and Stretch day. It was great. i am very sore from yesterday's Kenpo and even still from Legs and Back on Friday. So the stretch was just what i needed.

Im looking forward to tomorrow because it is the start of my cutting diet and another week of intense workouts. Im beginning to do the cardio days (Tuesday and Saturday) before breakfast to maximize fat burn and i am stick to a very low carb diet with carb up days once a week.
