Well today was Kenpo X. Good fun to say the least. i really pushed it today, far more than ever before. This was because i added weight. thats right !! to a cardio workout i decided to grab some weight plates and hold then during the whole workout !
This worked a treat. I only grasped 1.5 kg plates but still it made a HUGE difference. My arms were burning by the end and i really felt it in my upper back / shoulders and biceps / triceps. Lets hope it helps that little bit more too !!
Tomorrow is just a stretch day and i look forward to just eating big, stretching and resting.
