Day 72

Well today was Plyometrics and it was great. Much better than last weeks fasted one. i took 10gms of BCAA's before starting and that stopped any stomach upsets while doing it. I really pushed myself today and was dripping with sweat by the end of it.

All in all a great workout. Today is also Carb Up day which means im taking in most of my calories from carbs to replenish my glycogen levels and pump my muscles back up. This means that tomorrows Shoulders and Arms workout should be the best pump i have ever had. We will see though.
