Day 69

Well today was Kenpo X and my second last day of week 10. cant believe how quickly these weeks are going now. i will be done in no time.

Kenpo was great today. i again did my cardio fasted but this time took around 5gm of BCAA's before my workout which should stop any muscle breakdown. I didnt feel hungry at all during the workout. im not sure if the BCAA's had anything to do with it but it was much better.

I really pushed myself today and used 1.5kg weights as resistance for my arms again and boy were they on fire.

Tomorrow is stretch day which my body desperately needs. Until then,
