Well i missed my day 3 post because i didnt have access to the internet, but aside from those problems, the workout and diet was 100% on track. it was Shoulders and Arms then Ab ripper on Wednesday then Yoga X on Thursday.
Shoulders and Arms was a great workout because it was just free weights which i could push myself and keep up with because lifting is what im used to. I then had to do ab ripper again and i didnt pause once !! i took advice from a mate and only tried to do 15 reps per exercise and that worked great !! i will push myself for 20 next week !!
Yoga i was skeptical at first. it goes for a full hour and half and although long it flew by, it really is intense and hard and the first part of it has u lifting and twisting your body weight so much its a full workout in its self !!
All in all, two great days and i look forward to tomorrows legs and back, ab ripper exercises, each day i am less sore and can push myself that little bit further.
