Day 11

Well today was my second attempt at Yoga X and i loved every minute of the 1 hr and a half workout. the time went very quickly and i found each move much easier than last week. looking forward to next weeks yoga already.

Just a quick update on my diet, i have not faulted once, i have followed my daily portion approach to a tee and have even come up with some REALLY tasty meals. im not getting sick of it as i am eating different things each day which is what i was worried about in the first place. secondly i have come up with some awesome breakfasts filled with omelets, baked beans, toast and even a glass of milk....and im still in fat shredder !!

looking forward to tomorrows legs and back, BRING IT !
