Well today was Legs and Back then Ab Ripper again. First time on Legs and Back and the workout itself wasn't to bad i just wasn't feeling very well throughout the workout. I felt sick in the stomach because i think i started it a little bit early after breakfast. However i finished it and pushed myself to the limit. was a good workout.
Ab Ripper is becoming easier and easier, i am beginning to get into a routine with that one and i think by week two ill be doing 25 on everything and completing the whole 330+ crunches.
