Well today was X Stretch and the completion of another week. two weeks down already !!
I have not only completed the two weeks but have re evaluated my situation. After only two weeks i feel i have shredded quiet alot of fat but not really gained much muscle mass and as this is my number one priority i have re calculated my calories and diet plan and decided to bump it up to 3000 calories starting tomorrow (week 3)
I will continue this bulk plan for 6-7 weeks and then in the final 4 weeks go on a strict low-carb diet and shred the last remaining body fat.
time to eat big and grow big...
BRING IT !
