Day 10

Shoulders and arms !!

what can i say, every exercise went up 2.5 kg in weight so i am VERY happy. i got max reps where i needed and pushed out another 5 reps on max ones. Stuck to my 8 reps for size on weighted exercises but was lifting heavier. it was great.

Ab ripper was after and what can i say....im now up to 20 reps on each of the 11 exercises which means im doing 240 and they are doing 330...im only 5 reps short of mimicking exactly what they do on the screen !! STOKED !

looking forward to tomorrow, a little bit of calm yoga.

BRING IT !
