Well today marks the last day of Legs and Back and the last Ab Ripper X of the 90 days! They both went alot better than i was expecting. Being on a low carb / low calorie diet i was expecting my energy and strength levels to be low but surprisingly i pumped out more pull-ups than last week with much better form and maintained my weight on squats and lunges while still doing curls and hammers.
Ab Ripper X was good aswell once again i kept up and did over 350 moves. Tomorrow is Kenpo which is again fasted. Its my second last Kenpo.
