Day 81

Well today is day 81. With 9 days to go i have begun a lower calorie, very low carb diet to try and get as much body fat as i can off. i am now around 1800 calories a day which is mostly protein and fat and so far so good.

It was also Yoga X today which was really good. i was extremely focused today and my mental focus was the strongest it has been during Yoga. I really pushed myself and i feel great now. Very relaxed, stretched, calm of mind and ready for tomorrow's Legs and Back. Hopefully the low calorie / low carb diet doesnt affect that workout to much.
